Christmas Gifts

Merry, even miles and miles away from my love ones, making Christmas holidays different at home is a timeless possibility.
I was pretty sick and became a flu victim since the last few days.
My writing is subtle.
My blogging is uncertain.
I've got difficulties and I sincerely wish to regain my health before the new year comes.
Beyond this, I will still share to you perhaps a little comfort of gifts which I narrowed down below that keeps my spirit warm all season through.

New planner, perfect for my day to day to-do list.
May 14. Special.
Map + Planner = just cool
Another wrapped gifts + candy cane!
My friend arrived from a trip and she brought me these beautiful pieces from Dubai. Sweet.

Wooden bracelet

Screw the turkey on Christmas eve. Okay, those hands with ostentatious nail polish are actually not mine :(

There, I feel better! And I hopefully get back on my feet and enjoy the bliss of a regular life.

Merry Christmas

Winter days means frosty days, and even if it is quite chilly here, it is still crisp and great to have a laid-back minute and freely take the pleasure of having a simple gift for myself - a cup of strawberry ice cream with haribo candies.yummy.

The magic of Christmas comes gracious as we bring tender smiles to our love ones,  friends and neighbors. And we continued our prayers for those people who are suffering from a disaster like the Cagayan De Oro and Iligan City in the Philippines that they will still keep their spirits warm.

I wish you all a jolly, merry and cherished holiday season!

greetings,
aileen

Further On

I was literally hidden and invisible as I seem to some of you. I know no words serve as a reason of my lack of posts. Still, I am in firm certainty finding my blog as an outlet of creativity, yet at some point, I was dissuading with ideas and fostered into idleness. My indolence is atrocious.
I feel I owe you a lot and the following photos are just behind the sneak peek during my absence.
Let's get started.

When I was in high school I was glued to Elle Magazine. In college I always bought a copy of Glamour or Vogue. But if you are living in a world that is only restricted to few things, you have no option but confine yourself to what is available.
I spend a large amount of time watching movies. They fascinated me and I watched some of them on repeat. They are my entry world to things that I wish some of the situations would put me into existence. They catapulted me into devouring sensational scenes.

I love these words by Andy Warhol:
“What’s great about this country is that the riches consumers buys essentially the same things as the poorest. A coke is a coke and no amount of money can get you a better coke than the one on the bum on the corner is drinking. All the cokes are the same and all the cokes are good”
Above all, I cannot withstand the very important notion that I made friends with many interesting bloggers. And I feel that this blog has a way of pushing me into positive direction.
Many thanks to Claudia for leaving a sincere and genuine message on my last post. You aspire me and gave me back my confidence.
I have to finish by thanking all those who continuously visited and sent comments on my blog. It is truly humbling and amazingly touching. I'll get in touch with you soon.

greetings,
aileen
